A leading end-to-end global eCommerce and supply chain organization was looking for enhanced security and lower overall costs as the primary drivers to moving from an on-prem solution to Azure. The goals included exiting their on-prem data center with minimal interruption, providing functional basis for internal financial applications and educating the client’s internal teams to manage infrastructure.

The 3Cloud team created a strong Azure foundation in order to exit the customer’s on-prem data center with minimal interruption. The Azure Landing Zone we built provided a seamless migration and deployment of workloads. In less than 3 months, we deployed 300 servers. The new updated, lean, streamlined systems enabled cost efficiency. In addition, the solution we provided improved the client’s critical security infrastructure, plus our Managed Services alongside with education of their team allowed the business to maintain and deploy solutions in-house.
The Azure solution we provided met the client’s key drivers for moving to the cloud from on-prem. This global eCommerce company was looking for enhanced security and the custom, comprehensive infrastructure we built, along with a total migration to Azure, gave them the critical security infrastructure they needed.
Another challenge was leaving the on-prem data center with minimal interruption – our team met this challenge and deployed 300 servers in less than 3 months.
